HLMW-100/150 ultra-thin multiwire saw is an innovative cutting equipment independently developed by Hualong Machinery. The 0.3-0.8mm ultra-fine diamond wire technology it uses has created a new technology for stone processing. The equipment achieves higher material utilization through thinner wire diameters, and the yield rate is increased by more than 25%. The surface flatness of the slab formed by 0.55mm fine wire cutting is significantly improved, and the amount of consumables used in the polishing process is reduced by more than 30% compared with traditional equipment.
