The Hualong Ultra-Fine Multi-Wire Saw effectively resolves the chronic challenges of cracks and fractures during marble cutting-a persistent issue for stone processing facilities. While traditional frame saws or conventional diamond multi-wire saws inevitably cause structural defects when cutting marble, our system employs ultra-fine diamond wires with a diameter of φ0.55mm. The finer wire design minimizes friction during cutting, ensuring crack-free processing and eliminating material breakage risks.

After service
Before installation, we will provide the infrastructure diagram of the equipment installation, equipment installation schematic plan must be submitted in advance to the customer. User must confirm the real conditions fulfil requirements of installation according our engineer's suggestions, then Super CNC engineers will arrive user site after the equipment. Approximately 2 working days are needed for the installation and debugging, another 1day may needed for the certificated operator training
It is required that the operator should be with basic skill due to the stone machine is technology-intensive product which integrates light, machinery, electric, gas and refrigeration. To make sure your operator can master the operative skills, the training should be proceed at the same time when we assemble and adjust the machine for you at your end customer side, including programming, machinemaintaining and related cutting performance skill. It will take 3 to 7 days to make your operator to basically reach the goals--operating and programming
In case of any components failure during the warranty period, the well trained Super CNC engineers are ready to provide telephone and/or online consultation. Super CNC engineers take full charge of the service directly or ask our supplier offer the service according to the actual condition, all based on customer's benefits maximized. The warranty period is 12 months after the buyer accept the installation and debugging of the machine. Our online service team work 17 hours (8:30~23:30 Monday to Sunday), they will answer and help to solve customers' problems. When needed, our technicians are ready to dispatch to your side in case of the equipment malfunctions.
