The multi-wire saw controlled by CNC has uniform thickness and smooth cutting surface, so there is no need for complex subsequent polishing. The equipment uses multi-wire cutting technology, which can complete the cutting task of multiple pieces of stone at one time, significantly improving the cutting efficiency. For example, if traditional rough material cutting equipment is used to cut 1 cubic meter of rough material, only 40 pieces of slabs can be cut. But if Hualong ultra-fine multi-wire saw is used to cut, at least 50 pieces of slabs can be cut. The yield rate is very high, up to 97%. This has a more significant advantage in saving materials, greatly reducing production costs and increasing the yield of boards.
