Wire saw cutting stone has the advantage of high precision compared with traditional gang saws. When cutting stone, traditional gang saws will have certain errors due to thick saw blades, resulting in insufficient cutting accuracy
Wire saw cutting is different. The diamond wire will not squeeze the stone during cutting, thus obtaining a more accurate cutting effect. Similarly, it is naturally more advantageous in the smoothness of one-time processing.

The diamond wire used in wire saw cutting is very fine, and the cutting speed and precision can be precisely controlled by the control system. However, compared with saw cutting, the cutting time is still 20%-30% slower. The advantage of wire saw is that the cutting kerf is 0.5-0.7mm, which is much lower than the existing stone machining kerf of 3~9mm. Taking imported fish belly white as an example, each piece of fish belly white rough material cut will save more than 10% of the material, which can save tens of thousands of material costs

 High environmental

In the traditional cutting process, the saw blade is prone to vibration and deviation, loud noise, poor saw blade rigidity, and is ground during the cutting process, which is easy to form wastewater, waste residue and dust. The sawing processing method has a yield rate of only 75%, and the remaining 25% of the raw materials will become waste. The rigid metal base cutter head directly collides with the stone, and the noise generated reaches more than 130db. The saw kerf of wire saw cutting is smaller, and the noise of flexible cutting is also lower, which can better meet the green needs of the future sustainable development of the stone industry.
