We built this machine around Beckhoff components from Germany and a KUKA safety system. In practice, that means smooth motion and fast signal processing-no lag, even on complex paths.
For programming, we use SprutCAM. You can do everything offline: program the toolpath, run a full simulation, and check how the machine will cut. That way, you don't waste material testing complex designs.
The spindle is 15 kW and runs at 18,500 rpm. Good for both roughing and finishing.
The robotic arm rotates a full 360°, so it doesn't have blind spots. It handles irregular shapes and complex 3D surfaces easily.
We also added a built-in sensor that watches spindle vibration and tool wear in real time. If something looks wrong, the system stops immediately-before the workpiece gets damaged.
In high-intensity jobs, this machine takes over the heavy manual work. And every product comes out exactly the same.

Program Software: SprutCAM + ENCY
We use SprutCAM, but we've upgraded it with ENCY - a complete ecosystem that combines CAD, CAM, and OLP (offline programming).
ENCY adds a few things that matter in daily work: cloud collaboration, AI-assisted features, a much cleaner interface, support for 7-axis robots, and real-time programming. It's not just a translator; you can actually adjust toolpaths while the machine is running.
Optional: Water Tank
If your factory doesn't have room for a large wastewater pool, this water tank is a practical alternative. It's designed for tight spaces. The 7-axis robot connects to it directly - collecting, circulating, and reusing cutting water during carving. So you get closed-loop water management without needing a big footprint


Optional: Tool Magnize
Point Teaching
Use the KUKA robotic arm to teach each tool slot in the tool magazine. Just move the arm to each slot, record the position, and save it. Do this one by one for all the slots you need.
Automatic Tool Change
In your machining program, simply enter the tool number you want. The system will then control the robotic arm automatically - from picking the tool from the magazine to completing the change. No manual steps in between.
