Main feature
To ensure smooth running and low structural deformation, the main structure of the machine is made of cast iron.
With smooth and reliable performance, the machine is equipped with a set of advanced servo system.
The operation of the machine is precise and controllable during operation, as the main motor adopts direct drive structure.
The servo motor is adopted to control the tension. It has a high adjustment accuracy* of 10N.
To make the cutting line more stable, the machine adopts M-type guide wheel layout with only six guide wheels.
Cutting feed adopts two-axis linkage screw structure, servo-driven feed speed is adjustable.
The machine can realise high-speed cutting, the wire speed can reach 25m/s.
