Walking into a typical medium sized countertop processing plant, you'll often see two machines each performing their respective tasks: a bridge cutting machine handles large volume straight cuts, while a waterjet cutting machine, placed behind a partition, specializes in handling complex processes like internal corners and water channel openings. Two machines, two operators, and two clamping operations mean the slab has already undergone three measurements, yet the corner radius still carries the risk of error twice.
The Hualong HKNC 450J 5 axis bridge saw integrates these two cutting systems into one, sharing a single axis system and control panel. This integrated design distinguishes this stone bridge cutting machine from all separate bridge cutting and independent waterjet cutting equipment on the market. The two cutting heads can work collaboratively, automatically handing over processing within the same layout file, controlling processing tolerances to the level of one hundredth of a millimeter.

Internal Structure of the Equipment
A machine tool that needs to perform two functions on the same bridge cutting machine cannot tolerate any weak links. The HKNC 450J Sawjet machine uses the same branded components used by the top Italian manufacturer in its flagship product series:
◆ ESA CNC Control System (Italy): 19 inch color touchscreen with five axis interpolation and Ethernet diagnostics.
◆ Pegasus/Zeus CAD-CAM Software (Italy): Direct import of DXF files. Simply drag and drop the file, and the software will automatically convert the kerf compensation and perform dual head feed.
◆ Yaskawa Servo Motors (Japan): X, Y, Z, C, and A axes all use integrated drive permanent magnet servo motors.
◆ Hiwin Linear Guides (Taiwan): Oil immersed helical gear rack mechanism on the crossbeam. Same structure as used in the machine tool center.
◆ KMT Booster Pump (USA): Siemens PLC control, peak pressure 420 MPa, continuous pressure 330 to 380 MPa.
◆ Siemens/Schneider low voltage components: Contactors, circuit breakers, relays. These spare parts are interchangeable with existing parts in your workshop if you use Siemens products from other sources.
