Fixing method and stability
Hualong multi wire saws use an innovative fixing method whereby the upper cutting unit is independently fixed to a concrete foundation. Unique Reciprocating Cutting Programme
The Hualong wire saw works by diffracting several 30 kilometre-long diamond wires onto a take-up and take-down system above four dominant wheels at each end. This unique recurring cutting programme allows the entire block to be cut efficiently and ensures that the cut surface of the barren material is flat. It provides the utilisation rate of the whole barren material and improves the efficiency of the overall cutting work.
