As a 5 Axis Stone CNC Machine,the HKNC 550 PLUS adds an independent high speed electric spindle to the standard five axis bridge cutter, with a speed of up to 24,000 rpm. The C axis is driven by an RV reducer, and the Y axis is controlled by dual servo synchronous control. Compared with the basic model, the rigidity and motion accuracy of the whole machine are significantly improved.

Q: What's the difference between a 5 axis and a 1 axis machine tool?
A: The 1 axis spindle refers to an independent high speed spindle installed next to the main saw blade. The spindle retracts when the saw blade is cutting. During cutting, the spindle extends to perform milling, drilling, and engraving without the need to change tools.
Q: Does a dual servo Y axis really require two servo motors?
A: Because a single servo motor cannot maintain the verticality of the bridge under full load cutting. The PLUS model uses two servo motors, increasing the cutting gap acceleration by 30%.
