Daily maintenance of the stone cutter:

Clean the bed and rails daily to keep the bed clean. Turn off the air and power after work and drain the remaining air from the machine's pipe belt.

If you will be away from the machine for an extended period of time, be sure to turn off the power to prevent non-professional operation.

Regularly inspect the horizontal and vertical rails and frame surfaces for lubrication and make sure they remain well lubricated.

Weekly maintenance of the stone cutter:

Perform a full cleaning of the machine once a week. Clean horizontal and vertical guides, transmission gears and racks, and apply lubrication.

Check that the horizontal and vertical wipers are working properly. If not, replace them immediately.

Check that all torches are loose

If an automatic height adjustment device is available, test its sensitivity and check if the probe needs to be replaced.

Inspect the plasma cutting nozzles and electrodes for damage and replace them if necessary.

Monthly and quarterly maintenance of stone cutters:

Inspect the main air inlet for debris and verify that all valves and pressure gauges are working properly.

Inspect all air pipe fittings for loose and inspect the ducts for any damage. Tighten or replace them if necessary.

Check whether the transmission parts are loose and check the meshing of the gears and racks. Adjust them as needed.

Loosen the clamping device and push the carriage by hand to see if it moves smoothly. If there is any abnormality, please adjust or replace it in time.

Check whether the clamp block, steel belt and guide wheel are loose, and check the tension of the steel belt. Adjust them if necessary.
