(1) Before going to work

2. Check the power knife switch, the tightness of the saw blade, the saw blade protective cover cutting machine or the safety baffle in detail. The operating table must be stable with the laser cutter and should have sufficient lighting for night work.

3. Turn on the main switch, try to turn a few times without load, and start after confirming the safety.
(2) At work
1. Operation with gloves is strictly prohibited. If dust is caused during operation, wear a mask or face mask.
2. Don't try to cut small pieces that are not clamped.
3. This cutting machine only allows cutting profiles.
4. It is not allowed to perform powerful cutting saw operation. Before cutting, make the motor reach full speed.
5. No one is allowed to stand behind the saw.
6. Do not lean over: When you are over or bypassing the sawing machine, do not let go of any hand or raise your arm from the saw or workpiece without stopping the blade.
7. Do not operate when the shield is not in place, and do not put your hand within 15 cm from the saw blade belt machine.
8. Before repairing or replacing parts, you must cut off the power and wait for the saw blade to stop completely.
9. If abnormal sound is found, the inspection should be stopped immediately.
