As a high-precision stone processing equipment, the performance stability of diamond wire cutting machine directly affects the processing quality and equipment life. Standardized maintenance of the diamond wire cutting machine not only ensures the continuous and efficient operation of the equipment, but also significantly reduces operating costs.

 

1. Daily operation and maintenance specifications
(1) Daily pre-operation inspection
Condition of diamond wire: visually inspect the wear of the wire, and replace it immediately if the wire is broken or the abrasive particles fall off.
Cooling system maintenance: check the resistance value of deionized water, clean up the impurities of the filter screen, and monitor the temperature of the water tank
(2) Clean after operation
Wire mesh and workbench: blow off the residual debris between the wire mesh, wet cutting needs to use a brush to clean the mortar in the groove of the guide wheel, to avoid aggravating the wear of the guide wheel after drying.
Maintenance: After turning off the power, use an insulated vacuum cleaner to clean up the dust in the cabinet, check the terminals, and ensure that there are no traces of loose heating.


2. Periodic in-depth maintenance
(1) Weekly maintenance focus (50-80 hours of operation)
Rail lubrication: Linear guides are lubricated with lithium grease
Hydraulic system maintenance: variable pump pressure test, deviation more than ±0.5MPa need to replace hydraulic oil.

(2) Monthly maintenance items (200-300 hours of operation)
Spindle runout detection
Replace the coolant
Dust removal of electrical cabinets
(3) Quarterly maintenance core (600-800 hours of operation)
Comprehensive overhaul of mechanical structure: loosen the anchor bolts, recalibrate the equipment level with a level, tighten the connecting bolts of the bed, and eliminate the stress deformation caused by long-term operation.
Cutting accuracy review: Verification using standard specimens
